Straight forward casual eats with good prices.
Let's face it folks. It's expensive in SF. While I go enjoy fine dining but a casual place will do for a casual day.
Came here for dinner on a weekday. Place was more spacious than what I expected. Food was good.
I got Penang Curry. My friend got something with pork. Overall, it was just casual Thai food. I asked for spicy but it definitely was not spicy at all so not thai spicy. It's ok, they have to scale it down for the general public. -

I must say, I'm enjoying their sliced beef noodle soup right now.
It's a beef broth with Chinese broccoli and egg noodles (you pick the style of noodles) with a generous portion of sliced beef.
As with all things SF, it's a bit in the pricey side ($14!) and the spicy add on isn't spicy at all to me.
The noodle plate the guy beside me is enjoying looks even better.
I wouldn't recommend it but I wouldn't NOT recommend it either. Try it if you're curious.
I'd come back and I'd probably try something else. -

Not impressed with this spot especially seeing how busy they were. We came here for a late lunch and the lady who sat us was really rude. Not sure if she was having a bad day but calm down. We followed her to our seats and she quickly dropped the menus at this table which I thought was occupied but apparently wasn't and kind of gave us a snarky "right there!!" and pointing aggressively. I was with my mom so I didn't want to make a big deal out of it.
All the other wait staff was fine. Anyway we ordered our food and it was okay. Nothing to rave about, I've had way better so not sure why it was so crowded. I had their pad see ew with beef and that had good flavor- had a nice Smokey char taste, but the portion was really small compared to my moms seafood noodle dish. Overall this place was ok. I would say expensive for Thai food, but this is SF.. everything here is a rip off. -

2 stars for the yellow curry...I LOVE yellow curry so I'm not hard to please. but, still I wasn't please. It was very oily, small portion for $14
The 'vibe' is bare...old, nothing to show off or say. Because we had a group of 10, they gave us the entire upstairs to ourselves but it's outdated, like an old McDonalds from 99.'
Pad kee mow is ok.
Papaya salad was ok I've had better but it was good
Beef soup ok. -
